WHAT DOES IT MEAN THAT YOUR PRODUCTS ARE NATURAL?

By this we simply mean that our products are made of only natural ingredients. By natural ingredients we mean plant or mineral based ingredients that are present in or produced by nature.

HOW DO I STORE MY PRODUCTS?

To ensure freshness and effectiveness, we recommend storing all products in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight and using them within 6-12 months of purchase.

WILL MY PRODUCT FREEZE/ MELT/ EXPIRE?

Some products, may exhibit some physical changes at different temperatures. These changes however do not affect the efficacy of the product. We recommend storing all products in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight and using them within 6-12 months of purchase.

DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN PRESERVATIVES?

All our anhydrous products (products that do not contain water or water based ingredients) are preservative free.

All water-based products require a preservative system and the kind of preservatives we use are natural. We recommend using the products within 6-12 months of purchase.

YOUR PRODUCT DID NOT WORK FOR MY SKIN. WHAT DO I DO?

It can take up to 6 months with some products to see results. If you suspect our product is causing an adverse reaction please stop use immediately. Our formulations are intended to cater for all skin types however we make no guarantees and apologize if our product does not give you your desired results. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Products are handmade per order and may require a lead time of approximately 2-4 business days (lead time DOES NOT include shipping time). Orders may take up to 7 business days to arrive for standard shipping methods.

HOW CAN I EDIT MY SHIPPING ADDRESS/UPDATE MY ORDER

Please email us at info@joadaskincare.com within 24 hours of submitting your order.

HOW DO I RETURN A PURCHASE

We will accept returns within 30 days of delivery only if

- product is in new condition or less than 50% of product has been used
- product includes all original packaging and contents.

No returns will be accepted on

- products that have been significantly used
- partial sets
- products purchased from unauthorized retailer.


We process store credits for the cost of the product with no exceptions. Because of the nature or our products, refunds are not an option.
